Questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. One click in Settings → Subscription and you keep Kin Plus until the end of the month you've already paid for. Part-months aren't refunded — see our refund policy.
- What happens to my tree if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Your tree stays exactly as it is — you simply lose export and Kin Network matching, and your ancestors stop appearing in other people's searches.
- Is my family data private on the free plan?
- Always. Nothing is discoverable unless you subscribe to Kin Plus, which opts your ancestors into the network so relatives can find shared branches.
